• Transfers employment of professional investigators and clerical/administrative personnel from the Pardon and Parole Board to the Department of Corrections.

• Existing Board employees are transferred to the Department of Corrections effective November 1, 2010, with retained classification status and salary protection.

• Transferred employees retain all accrued leave, sick time, annual time, and retirement and longevity benefits previously earned.

• Employees cannot receive a lower grade or salary as a result of the transfer, and the transfer is coordinated with the Office of Personnel Management.
