Amends Oklahoma law to require sex offenders to provide and maintain physical addresses rather than post office boxes for registration with the Department of Corrections and local law enforcement authorities.

Mandates that offenders already registered with post office box addresses be contacted by local law enforcement and required to provide a physical address, with failure to comply constituting a violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act subject to penalties.

Applies the physical address requirement to initial registrations, address changes, and discharge notifications from correctional institutions and courts.

Effective November 1, 2010.
