• Amends 22 O.S. 2001, Section 36.1 regarding civil liability protections for police dog handlers

• Changes "he" to "he or she" to make the statute gender neutral regarding dog handler pronouns

• Replaces "said dog" with "the dog" for improved clarity in statutory language

• Maintains existing civil liability immunity for dog handlers using police dogs in accordance with law enforcement agency policies, except under the Governmental Tort Claims Act
