Amends 57 O.S. 2001, Section 521 to require the Director of the Department of Corrections to submit annual reports to legislative leadership and the Governor beginning February 1, 2011.

Director must report on progress toward reintegrating inmates through work release programs, work centers, community corrections centers, halfway houses, and transitional living facilities.

Required report contents include facility listings by security level with inmate release numbers, total inmates released, number employed by private employers before release, and inmates spending less than 180 days in halfway houses.

Report must be posted on the Department's website and can include additional information as requested by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Governor.

Bill became effective November 1, 2010, passed Senate May 26, 2010 and House of Representatives May 28, 2010.
