Amends Oklahoma workers' compensation law to clarify that employer liability is exclusive, except when the employer demonstrates knowing and willful intent to cause injury to the employee.

Specifies that only willful, intentional misconduct aimed at knowingly and purposefully injuring the employee can remove a worker's injury from the exclusive remedy provisions.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing injured employees to sue other employers or architects/engineers on the same job in specific circumstances (non-intermediate/principal employers, loaned servant situations, negligent plan preparation).

Adds clarification that nothing in the law abrogates rights arising under the Oklahoma Constitution.

Effective date: November 1, 2010.
