Amends 51 O.S. 2001, Section 6 to add members of the Council on Judicial Complaints as an exemption to Oklahoma's dual office holding prohibition.

Members of the Council on Judicial Complaints may now hold another state office or position without violating the state law that generally prohibits one person from holding multiple offices simultaneously.

Maintains all existing exemptions to the dual office holding rule, including notaries public, law enforcement officers serving in multiple capacities, school board members, and various other specified positions.

Effective date is November 1, 2010.

Passed the Oklahoma Senate on February 25, 2010 and the House of Representatives on March 30, 2010.
