• Amends Section 3601.2 of Title 74 O.S., which establishes salary ranges for state agency chief executive officers

• Updates the effective year from 2007 to 2009 for the salary schedule

• Removes the Oklahoma Board of Nursing from the list of entities subject to chief executive salary requirements (deletes salary range of $67,551.00 minimum, $79,471.00 midpoint, $91,392.00 maximum)

• Becomes effective July 1, 2009, with an emergency clause for immediate implementation
