Amends 63 O.S. 2001, Section 1-1013 to modify the definition of "public bathing place" for public health and safety purposes

Excludes spray pads and spray grounds from the definition of public bathing place, defining them as interactive recreation areas for children using water spray systems that do not allow water to accumulate above ground

Maintains existing exemptions for public/semipublic baths focused on external body cleansing, family-use bathing places, and bathing places owned by associations of 30 or fewer homes

Becomes effective November 1, 2010
