Recognizes the Woodward Elks Rodeo as the oldest continuous running Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo in Oklahoma and congratulates it on its 80th year in 2010.

Designates the 2010 Woodward Elks Rodeo Chuckwagon Cook-off as the official Oklahoma State Chuckwagon Cook-off Event.

Notes that the Woodward Elks Rodeo has hosted the Chuckwagon Roundup for 11 years, drawing chuckwagons and cooks from across the Mid-Western United States and Oklahoma to compete.

Directs distribution of a copy of the resolution to Greg Balch, Chair of the Woodward Elks Rodeo.
