OK SJR51

Directs the Secretary of State to submit to voters a proposed amendment to Section 23 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Increases the maximum percentage of surplus General Revenue Fund monies that must be placed in the Constitutional Reserve Fund from 10% to 15% of the prior fiscal year's General Revenue Fund certification.

Removes obsolete language referencing the effective date of "July 1, 1985" for the Constitutional Reserve Fund provisions.

Includes ballot title describing the measure as increasing surplus revenue deposits to the Constitutional Reserve Fund from 10% to 15%.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
