Congratulates the Enid High School Constitution class for winning the "We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution" district and state competitions.

Acknowledges that the class will represent Oklahoma in the national competition in Washington, D.C. in April 2010.

Notes that Enid High School has won the state competition 16 times since beginning participation in the late 1980s, including 4 of the last 5 years.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Matt Holtzen, the Enid High School Constitution class instructor.
