Congratulates Millwood High School boys basketball team for winning the Class 3A State Championship, their 14th state title.

Commends head coach Varryl Franklin for achieving his 12th state championship in 36 years of coaching the Falcons.

Recognizes Coach Franklin's selection to the Oklahoma Coaches Association Hall of Fame with induction ceremonies scheduled for July 25 at the Southern Hills Marriott in Tulsa.

Notes Millwood's boys basketball program has more state championships than any other boys basketball program in state tournament history with at least 10 tournament appearances.

Directs distribution of resolution to Millwood High School Superintendent Dr. Gloria Griffin, Principal Ricardo Gaines, Athletic Director Avery Gilliland, and Coach Varryl Franklin.
