Praises the heroism of Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers Brad Stuteville, Tommy Allen, and Scott Aldridge for their actions during an incident on July 26, 2009, in Seminole, Oklahoma

Recognizes the troopers' heroic response when they arrived at a scene where Deputy Robbie Chase Whitebird had been shot multiple times by a suspect with a 9mm Kel-Tec rifle; the troopers risked their lives to drag the wounded deputy to safety despite ongoing gunfire

Commends the three troopers as recipients of the Trooper of the Year Award for Heroism, selected by the Oklahoma Highway Users Federation for their actions

Directs that a copy of the resolution be distributed to Troopers Stuteville, Allen, and Aldridge
