Congratulates the Elk City High School boys golf team for winning the State Class 4A championship, the sixth state title in school history.

Recognizes three freshmen players whose scoring in the 150s led the team to victory with a final score of 617, despite the graduation of Senior Tyler Russell, last year's state medal winner.

Acknowledges that the championship tournament at Lake Hefner Golf Club in Oklahoma City on May 10, 2010, was interrupted by tornado sirens and winds exceeding 40 miles per hour, with officials shortening the event from 54 to 36 holes.

Salutes the entire team, particularly highlighting two freshmen who were too young to legally drive but contributed significantly to overtaking Guymon for the state title.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Elk City High School boys golf team Coach Garrette Mantle.
