Recognizes and acknowledges the life, career, and accomplishments of Leodies "Coach Rob" Robinson, founder and head coach of Oklahoma City Millwood High School's football team.

Robinson served as Millwood's head coach for nearly 25 years with a 196-71-3 record, leading teams to 20 consecutive state playoff appearances, 18 district championships, 12 regional championships, 5 area championships, and the 1990 state championship.

Coached 18 All-State players, 5 of whom became All-Americans, and was named Region 8 Football Coach of the Year in 1976 and 1982; inducted into the Oklahoma Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 1994.

Robinson transitioned to other coaching positions after retiring from Millwood, serving as assistant coach at Oklahoma City John Marshall High School (1995 Class 5A state championship), Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, and Western Heights High School in Fort Worth.

Directs distribution of a copy of this resolution to Robinson's survivors: wife Suzanne, sons Brian and Nathan, mother Deltha, and sister Dorothy.
