Designates May 2010 as "Doc James Month" in the State of Oklahoma to honor his contributions to the veterinary profession.

Recognizes Dr. James's receipt of the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) Food Animal Practitioner of the Year Award in 1966 and the OVMA President's Award in 2005.
