Encourages the State Department of Health to develop and distribute a "WIC Cookbook" to women participating in the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program.

The cookbook should contain recipes for healthy and affordable meals using foods eligible for purchase through the WIC program.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be distributed to the State Commissioner of Health.

Adopted by the Oklahoma Senate on May 28, 2010, during the 2nd session of the 52nd Legislature.
