Encourages local governments to adopt minimum training requirements for first responders including at least one hour of training in care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.

Encourages the State Department of Health to revise minimum training requirements for emergency medical personnel to include at least one hour of training in care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Municipal League, the Executive Director of the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma, and the State Commissioner of Health.

References the Silver Alert Act (HB 2030 from 2009) which established a silver alert system for missing senior citizens in Oklahoma.

Notes that over 60,000 Oklahomans have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and that many missing seniors with dementia are recovered by local first responders.
