Declares April 5-9, 2010, as "County Government Week" in Oklahoma to honor the state's 77 counties and their role as units of government closest to the people.

Recognizes county government officials including County Assessors, Clerks, Commissioners, Court Clerks, Sheriffs, and Treasurers for their service to Oklahoma citizens.

Acknowledges the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and its comprehensive member services including insurance, managerial, and technical assistance programs.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Jerry Dean (Rogers Mills County Commissioner and President of the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma) and Gayle Ward (Executive Director of the Association).

Resolution adopted by the Senate on April 7, 2010, coinciding with the Association's Spring Conference held April 6-8, 2010, in Oklahoma City.
