Re-creates the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners with a termination date of July 1, 2015, under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Board consists of eight examiners appointed by the Governor, including two lay persons and six licensed osteopathic physicians with at least five years of practice experience.

Osteopathic physician examiners appointed from lists of at least six candidates submitted annually by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, with all board members serving seven-year terms.

Board authorized to adopt rules for enforcing the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act and hold examinations at times and places determined by the Board.
