Appropriates funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Oklahoma Historical Society for fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, for operations and duties prescribed by law.

Requires the Oklahoma Historical Society to budget all funds across five categories: Administration, Museums & Sites, Preservation, Education/Membership Services, and Research.

Establishes salary caps for the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, with amounts to be specified; sets full-time-equivalent employee limits and lease-purchase agreement restrictions.

Requires funds budgeted for FY-12 to be expended by November 15, 2012, and funds budgeted for FY-13 to be expended by November 15, 2013, with any remaining funds lapsing to the proper fund; prohibits simultaneous budgeting in both fiscal years.

Effective date is September 1, 2011.
