Amends 74 O.S. 2001, Section 1707 relating to the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Savings Incentive Plan by clarifying language regarding plan administration and contributions.

Changes two instances of "in" to "under" in Section A to clarify how state employees are defined within the plan.

Changes "of" to "for" in Section C to clarify that the exclusion applies to employees of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

Changes capitalized "Fund" to lowercase "fund" in two locations within Section F to maintain consistent terminology throughout the statute.

Becomes effective September 1, 2010.
