Amends 10 O.S. Section 7212 to modify foster care education and training requirements for kinship foster parents in Oklahoma.

Requires the Department of Human Services to provide training to any group of six or more prospective kinship foster care providers, with training to occur within 120 days of child placement.

Mandates the Department post training times, locations, and enrollment information on its website so prospective kinship foster parents can access statewide training options.

Training must cover minimum 12 hours on topics including physical care, education, behavioral management, and biological parent contact procedures.

Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
