• Modifies Section 537 of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act to clarify prohibited practices and marketing strategies for alcohol retailers and licensees.

• Maintains existing prohibitions on other drink promotions including volume increases without price adjustments, unlimited drink specials for a fixed price, and quantity limits on drinks served at one time.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
