• Authorizes the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission to sell real estate and personal property owned by the state located within Honey Creek State Park in Delaware County.

• Sale is subject to all existing easements and reservations of record, and the Commission may transfer any interests including licenses, operating permits, and leasehold interests to subsequent purchasers.

• Exempts the sale from provisions of Section 129.4 of Title 74 (competitive bidding requirements) and Section 456.7 of Title 74.

• Revenue from the sale, minus expenses, must be deposited into the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Revolving Fund 215 and used for benefit of the state park system.

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
