Counties must be reimbursed by the Administrative Office of the Courts for all expenses incurred in providing buildings, courtrooms, attendants, fuel, lights, and stationery for district courts

Counties providing courtroom and office space in cities other than the county seat (designated court division cities) must be reimbursed by the Administrative Office of the Courts for those costs

Counties shall be reimbursed for providing electricity, water, utilities, toilet facilities, and janitorial services for court facilities

Court fund permitted expenses are expanded to include rent for courtroom facilities both inside and outside the courthouse, and utilities for courthouse and other county buildings occupied by courts
