Requires employers to prohibit hiring aliens without valid state-issued identification, driver license, alien visa permit, green card, or other acceptable federal/state identification documents.

Mandates Department of Corrections release prisoners to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody when they have served one-third of their sentence and have not been convicted of certain violent offenses.

Prohibits aliens and non-U.S. citizens from renting, leasing, or purchasing real estate and personal property including vehicles and equipment.

Requires all persons to carry and display driver licenses, state or federal identification, passports, or alien identification documents upon request.

Prohibits Oklahoma school districts from admitting non-citizens of the United States or children of non-citizens into the education system; effective November 1, 2011.
