OK HB1605

Amends Oklahoma law to require automatic temporary injunctions in divorce, annulment, and legal separation proceedings that restrict both parties from transferring property, damaging assets, withdrawing from retirement accounts, and modifying insurance policies.

Adds new requirement for each party to deliver specific financial documents to the other party within 20 days, including three years of tax returns, six months of pay stubs, twelve months of bank statements, health insurance documentation, childcare expenses, and debt information.

Requires parties unable to obtain required documents to provide written explanation under penalty of perjury detailing why documents are unavailable and efforts made to obtain them, with continuing duty to supplement disclosures as information becomes available.

Adds provisions restricting both parties from altering estate planning documents and requires document delivery of financial records for transparency in divorce proceedings.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
