Reduces annual licensing fees for coin-operated music and amusement devices from $150.00 to $75.00 per machine.

Reduces annual licensing fees for coin-operated vending devices requiring $0.25 or more from $150.00 to $75.00 per machine.

Maintains existing fee structures for lower-value vending devices ($10.00 for devices under $0.25, $5.00 for bulk devices, $15.00 for bulk devices with multiple mechanisms, and $2.00 for bulk devices under $0.25).

Annual fees remain in lieu of sales tax on coin-operated devices.

Effective date is July 1, 2011, with emergency clause for immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
