Amends the Volunteer Professional Services Immunity Act (76 O.S. Section 32.1) to expand immunity protections for physicians and health care providers volunteering at schools.

Extends liability immunity to health care providers volunteering at elementary school functions, previously limited to secondary school functions, effective November 1, 2011.

Physicians and health care providers providing emergency medical care in a volunteer capacity at school events are protected from damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful/wanton negligence.

Defines "volunteer capacity" as health care services provided without remuneration, with free admission to school events not constituting payment.

Applies to all civil actions filed on or after the effective dates specified for secondary school functions (January 1, 2011) and elementary school functions (November 1, 2011).
