Amends Oklahoma divorce law to require both parties to attend an educational program about divorce's impact on children when seeking a divorce based on incompatibility if minor children are involved

Modifies 43 O.S. 2001 Section 101 to add incompatibility as grounds for divorce with the proviso that couples with minor children must complete the educational program

Each judicial district must recruit volunteers and offer the educational program frequently enough to ensure parties can attend within a reasonable timeframe

Allows each judicial district to adopt local rules governing the program's implementation

Effective date: November 1, 2011
