Amends Demarion's Law (Sections 404.2 and 404.3 of Title 10) to update statutory references and strengthen child care facility insurance requirements

Requires all child care facilities to maintain liability insurance coverage of at least $200,000 per occurrence of negligence, removing previous exceptions that allowed facilities to operate without insurance due to financial reasons or lack of available underwriters

Eliminates exemptions from posting requirements that previously applied to licensed child-placing agencies, licensed residential child care facilities, and Department-certified child care facilities

Facilities reporting self-insurance in accordance with state law must post notice at the facility and notify the Department of Human Services of their self-insured status
