Amends 10 O.S. 2001, Section 7001-1.1 (renumbered as 10A O.S. Supp. 2010, Section 1-1-101) related to the Oklahoma Children's Code

Removes language requiring statutes to be "known and may be cited" as the "Oklahoma Children's Code," clarifying they shall be "known as" the code instead

Confirms that all future statutes codified in the title are part of the Oklahoma Children's Code

Establishes that article, chapter, and part captions are part of the code but do not limit the scope or intent of code provisions

Effective date: November 1, 2011
