HB 1938 Summary

• Amends 63 O.S. 2001, Section 1-1118 to establish licensing requirements for establishments selling food or drink to the public.

• Sets the annual license fee for pharmacies licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy that sell food and drink at one-half (1/2) the amount of the standard food and drink license fee.

• Maintains existing exemptions for nonprofit civic, charitable, or religious organizations conducting occasional fund-raising events, and for day care centers, nursing facilities, and residential care homes.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
