Adds definition of "automated claims adjudication system" that must be utilized by licensed adjusters, comply with Oklahoma Insurance Code, and be certified as compliant by a licensed independent adjuster.

Modifies exceptions to insurance adjuster licensing requirements to include individuals who collect and enter claim information into automated systems if employed by a licensed independent adjuster or affiliate with no more than 25 persons under one adjuster's supervision.

Prohibits residents of Canada from being licensed as insurance adjusters unless they pass the adjuster examination and comply with all applicable requirements of the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act.

Amends definitions section of the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act to add "home state" definition and clarify terms related to insurance adjusters and public adjusters.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
