Amends 85 O.S. 2001, Section 3.7 to modify the powers and duties of the Workers' Compensation Court Administrator

Updates terminology by changing "State Insurance Fund" to "CompSource Oklahoma" and standardizing "self-insurance" formatting throughout the statute

Adds new reporting requirement (paragraph 10) requiring the Administrator to track, compile, and report annually to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House

Annual report must include data on: surgery rates, temporary total disability duration (comparing represented vs. unrepresented claimants), permanent partial disability awards by representation status, MRI/advanced diagnostic test usage, physical therapy rates, pain management orders, treatment duration exceeding guidelines, and vocational rehabilitation success rates
