Congratulates Dan Bailey, Oklahoma State University senior kicker, on winning the 2010 Lou Groza Award as the top college football kicker in the nation.

Recognizes Bailey's achievements including being named Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Year, ranking second nationally in scoring as a senior with 11.6 points per game, and ending his career as the fifth leading scorer in Big 12 history.

Notes Bailey set multiple Oklahoma State University football records including 27 field goals in the 2010 season, 182 consecutive extra-point attempts, and 370 career points as the all-time leading scorer.

States Bailey entered the program as a walk-on player and was an all-state and all-conference kicker at Southwest Covenant High School in Mustang, Oklahoma, currently majoring in business management.

Directs distribution of a copy of this resolution to Dan Bailey and his parents Gary and Ann Bailey.
