Calls for protection, enhancement, and restoration of Lesser Prairie Chicken habitat while addressing factors contributing to population decline in the state's mixed-grass and short-grass rangelands.

Requires continued participation in a five-state effort to inform management and development decisions that could impact Lesser Prairie Chickens and their habitats.

Directs state agencies to identify and promote incentives for Lesser Prairie Chicken and habitat conservation while encouraging responsible economic development in the species' range.
