Urges Congress to refrain from increasing the current federal debt limit, which the resolution states has already reached a dangerous and unsupportable level exceeding $14 trillion.

Asserts that the current rate of economic growth in the U.S. is insufficient to justify existing debt levels and cannot support additional borrowing.

States that increasing the debt limit would be economically and fiscally irresponsible.

Directs that copies of the resolution be distributed to each member of the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation.
