Amends 70 O.S. 2001, Section 3311 relating to the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) to update references and clarify hearing procedures for peace officer certification disciplinary actions

Clarifies that disciplinary proceedings for peace officer certification violations must comply with the Administrative Procedures Act, specifying hearing procedures and the standard of clear and convincing evidence required

Establishes that for convictions of felonies, crimes involving moral turpitude, or domestic violence offenses, the sole issue at a hearing shall be whether the person has been convicted, with automatic revocation upon determination of conviction

Authorizes CLEET to summarily suspend a peace officer's certification without prior notice if CLEET finds the officer's actions may present danger to themselves, the public, a family or household member, or involve a crime against a minor

Becomes effective November 1, 2011
