Amends 70 O.S. 2001, Section 18-201.1 to modify foundation aid calculation for school districts under the State Aid Formula.

Changes weighted membership calculation for nonresident students enrolled in online courses to use only the first nine weeks of current school year or preceding school year (whichever is greater), eliminating consideration of the second preceding school year.

Maintains existing weighted calculation methodologies for pupil grade level, pupil category, district size/sparsity-isolation formula, and teacher experience and degree index.

Applies the modified online course enrollment calculation consistently across Foundation Aid and Salary Incentive Aid purposes.
