Clarifies psychological evaluation requirements for peace officer certification by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET)

Specifies that officers certified by CLEET who have undergone required psychological evaluation need not be reevaluated for subsequent employment following retirement or breaks in service, unless the break exceeds five years or CLEET determines the officer may present a danger to themselves, the public, or family members

Amends 70 O.S. 2001, Section 3311 regarding CLEET certification standards and procedures for law enforcement officers in Oklahoma
