Updates gender-neutral language throughout the statute, replacing male pronouns with "he or she" and "his or her."

Changes references from "this act" to "Section 105.1 et seq. of this title" to provide proper statutory citations instead of referencing the legislation itself.

Removes outdated language references to "82 O.S. Supp. 1963, Sections 5 and 6" and updates to current statutory structure.

Declares an emergency for immediate effectiveness upon passage and approval.
