Amends 20 O.S. 2001, Section 1313.2 to modify the apportionment of court fees collected by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET)

Changes the distribution formula effective July 1, 2011 from 60.53% to CLEET Fund and 33.64% to CLEET Training Center Revolving Fund to a new split of 60.53% to CLEET Fund and 39.47% to CLEET Training Center Revolving Fund

Maintains existing requirements that courts collect and remit nine-dollar fees, laboratory analysis fees, DNA fees, and other court-related assessments on a monthly basis to appropriate state agencies

Requires the court clerk to account for accuracy and correctness of all payments to state agencies and specifies that municipalities or counties with approved law enforcement academies may retain two dollars from each fee for their training functions

Effective date: November 1, 2011
