OK SB22

Requires all judicial officers appearing on General Election ballots to make their written rulings and opinions publicly available for at least 60 days before the election.

Defines "judicial officer" as district judges, associate district judges filing for the same or another judicial office, and appellate court judges seeking retention.

Allows compliance by designating a website containing true and correct copies of all written rulings and opinions issued by the judicial officer, which must be clearly displayed or separated if shared with other candidates.

Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
