Amends 36 O.S. 2001, Section 1204 to define unfair methods of competition and deceptive practices in the insurance business

Adds new prohibition (item 14) prohibiting health insurance issuers from setting cancellation goals, quotas, targets, or varying compensation based on cancellation numbers

Prohibits making cancellation achievement a condition of employment or performance standard for employees or contracted entities

Maintains existing 13 categories of unfair insurance practices including misrepresentation, false advertising, defamation, boycotts, unfair discrimination, and rebates

Effective date: November 1, 2011
