Amends 59 O.S. 2001, Section 1750.3 to modify continuing education requirements for the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET)

Increases mandatory continuing education clock hours for licensed private investigators and security guards from 16 clock hours to 24 clock hours during each licensing period at accredited educational functions

Maintains existing powers and duties of the CLEET director as a peace officer and the Council's authority over security training schools, instructor certification, and license issuance and revocation

Effective date is November 1, 2011
