Amends 42 O.S. 2001, Section 142.6 to modify pre-lien notice requirements for construction liens, with notices required within 75 days of last supply of materials, services, labor, or equipment.

Establishes that pre-lien notices affecting owner-occupied dwellings must be sent within 75 days of last furnishing of materials, services, labor, or equipment to be valid.

Increases exemption threshold from $2,500 to $10,000 for claims not requiring pre-lien notice, and clarifies exemptions for residential projects with no owner-occupied units.

Requires claimants to file a notarized affidavit verifying pre-lien notice compliance when filing lien statements; falsifying the affidavit is a misdemeanor punishable by fine up to $5,000 and/or up to 30 days imprisonment.

Repeals 42 O.S. 2001, Sections 142.1, 142.3, and 142.5; effective November 1, 2011.
