Amends 21 O.S. 2001, Section 1835 to establish trespass penalties for entering posted property without permission, with fines up to $250 for basic trespass and $50-$500 plus 30 days to 6 months jail time for trespass involving waste, theft, or damage.

Requires property owners to post conspicuous signs reading "PROPERTY RESTRICTED," "POSTED - KEEP OUT," "KEEP OUT," "NO TRESPASSING," or similar language at all normal entry points to enforce trespass protections.

Exempts the Governor's Mansion and its grounds from sign-posting requirements; unauthorized entry to the mansion grounds is a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $500 or 30 days to 6 months imprisonment.

Creates new offense for willfully entering restricted areas where the Governor, state officials under Department of Public Safety protection, or special state events are occurring, with penalties of $500-$1,000 and up to 1-10 years imprisonment depending on use of weapons or resulting injury.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
