SB 297 Summary

• Recreates the "Innovative Funding for Oklahoma Roads Task Force" originally established by Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1941 of the 2nd Session of the 52nd Oklahoma Legislature (2010).

• Task force continues until December 1, 2013, with original members remaining in their positions and vacancies filled using the original appointment method.

• Task force may report findings and recommendations to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the State Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives as deemed necessary.

• This act is not codified in the Oklahoma Statutes and is declared an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage and approval.
